Pokemon Soul Silver EV/IV View Action Replay Code freezes?

I have the EV/IV viewer AR code for no$gba with Soul Silver but every time I check the box to use it, the program stops running and I have to "close program." I was able to use this code the first time I implemented it but after that, it started to make the no$gba stop responding. It doesn't make the game freeze but makes the entire window "not respond." Help please?

I don't cheat.
